Accuracy of information

Profiles are compiled from information supplied by their subjects or drawn from public sources. We review for completeness and consistency and, where indicated, reference credentials against external records. We do not warrant that all information is accurate, complete or current, and each profile states the basis on which its information was provided.

If you believe a profile contains an inaccuracy, please tell us through our corrections page.

Institutions and third parties

Names of universities, institutions, journals, publishers, awarding bodies and employers appear on this site for identification. Their appearance does not indicate partnership, affiliation, sponsorship or endorsement of the Review or of any profile.

Publication certificates

Digital certificates issued by the Review acknowledge that a profile was published on a given date. They are not academic credentials and must not be represented as degrees, awards, accreditations or qualifications.

Editorial discretion

Decisions about what to publish, feature or archive rest with the editorial desk. We may decline a submission, and we may amend or unpublish content where a claim cannot be substantiated on review.

Intellectual property

Editorial text, layout and design are the property of the Review. Photographs supplied by subjects remain theirs and are used with permission for the purpose of the profile.
